  Our rental with Bell Property started very well. Rebecca our Property manager was nice, efficient and easy to communicate with. When she left, no one bothered to send us en email advising we would have a new property manager, this happened three times as we went thought three different property managers in less than a year... Although we always paid rent on time we were accused of being behind in our rent. When we attempted to discuss the situation with the property manager, she refused to listen and kept saying the we were behind. When the missing rent was eventually found (it was there all along and had been allocated to someone else's property), we did not get apology for the stress this put us under, nor for the fact we were treated as thieves until the rent was located. As for the way this tenancy ended, I would say it has left a sour taste in my mouth. Our last property manager was unwilling to communicate and once again we felt like we were treated like dishonest people. I am glad I will NEVER have to deal with this agency ever again. Save yourself some time and trouble and go elsewhere....

  I have had an absolutely exemplary experience. Belle Property at Wilston have a very friendly, professional and supportive team who know the importance of timely service. Would definitely recommend.

  From the issues with the property to the way it was resolved. They actually lost one of our rental payments for a month even with us showing receipts, our garage door was broken for near a month where it was un lockable, oh an a hot water system broken for 5 days to when I had a phone call conversation to which I was told 'TO HAVE A COLD SHOWER' We ended up in mediation with them basically trying to take all our bond which didn't happen in the end. because there claims where unrealistic and they even realised it. just save the issues and go elsewhere.

  Belle Wilston have managed the rental of our investment property for the past five years. Throughout this time they have been responsive, prompt and professional. Having used other property managers previously we have been very pleased to find Belle consistently deliver a high quality service at reasonable management fees.   This agency was exceptional to deal with from the time I put in my application to the day I vacated. If I ever decide to rent out my property they will definitely be my first choice of agency.
